Selective Download
English voiceovers are build-in with main files and used for lossless restoraion of other languages.
You can skip downloading of other language files and/or movies you don't need. Here is the list of selective files:

In example, if you want to launch the game with German UI/Subtitles/Voiceovers - skip all "optional" files, but download fg-optional-german.bin & all main files (01-09).
